They are rather fragile and require their owners to spend a LOT of extra time with them. You have to lube them down with the correct wax, the hand grips need to have a special lubricant applied dayly, the exhaust ports need to be spit shined to help keep the glossy look, the intake ports need to be treated with a special cream in order for them to stay tight and pliable and their starters need special attention to be sure no extended cranking is necessary.
Sure, they require a little more work than others, but I think you will agree their beauity make the trouble worth while!
