If you guys haven't read or heard about this yet, you need to check this out. The EPA is changing things so that as of 2006 we can only own one custom bike in our lifetime.....you can build it, but not sell it for 5 years and then you can never have another one.
So does this mean that if my law abiding father has 2 custom choppers he built at his house he is going to be in violation of the EPA law. Will he go to jail...What assholes.

It's probably a scam...If you want mor ethan one custom chopper you have to buy a dealers license...and then the price of building goes up even more for a new builder.

If I could afford more than one custom bike I would break this law. And I wouldn't even think twice about it.It seems very very odd to me. I mean...do they put stips on how many custom cars you can have in a lifetime? If this is real, then it's f-ed up.
With the prisons already so over crowded in California I am sure this would piss off a lot of people to have otherwise law abiding residents jailed for multiple custom bikes.
They might try to use this just to get to the people they don't like such as some of the 1% groups.

Laws targeting specific groups of people are fricken retarded. Making something normal suddenly illegal in order to crack down on the "undesirable" elements in society is pretty unethical to me. But hey, who ever claimed politicians were ethical? Beside themselves I mean.
You are correct. They talk about racial profiling but if it does not involve a minority such as not whites, women or homosexuals the media and politicians don't care.
What if we were cops and started arresting all women that did not have large tits just to get them off of the streets because we consider them "undesirable aspects of our community" even though the small titted women have done nothing illegal.

lol I like titties and women of just about any size, color and shape. Some I love more, but they are all worthy of some lovin.I hear ya man. Not really related, but the people saying that somehow blacks were targeted in the the tsunami (with lack of aid for blacks) is pretty ridiculous. Someone dropped the ball, and a whole lot of people made bad decisions. But I find it REALLY hard to believe that everyone who had a hand in the aid sat around with their KKK hoods on and decided to wait it out to weed out the blacks. This whole thing where we look under every rock to find offences against the minorities while we overlook any offences to majorities is really frickin retarded.
I don't think the blacks were targets Perse...but when I was watching the live coveraage on Fox News and CNN almost every thing I saw were the blacks. A dead black on the road... a poor black family swimming thru water...a newborn black baby crying...the shots of the huge crowd outside the dome after the hurricane and most were black.
I heard their population is about 60% black but I seen a lot more people suffering on TV that were black then 60%. More like 85%-90%
I don't think racism was involved but it does make you stop and wonder what the hell is going on.

Yeah, a whole lot of poor people got left behind with no means of getting out. But that has to do with the way our society is set up. It shows a problem with the haves and have nots. There are poor white people that get left behind too, but unfortunately, a whole lot of blacks where hurt by this disaster.But it still doesn't mean that red cross or Bush or anyone else is racist.
