You can either click the "browse" button when making a post and attach an image from your hard drive or you can use an image host such as

http://www.imagevenue.com

to use imagevenue just upload your pic to it and it will give you some codes. Copy and paste the code for bb code "use in a forum" and paste it into your post here.

Let me know if ya have any problems
