SOunds like they are similiar to our TX Armadillos. They are f'in STUPID! They walk across the road when you are driving with lights on at night and don't even notice that a vehicle is coming toward them. When you try to straddle them, they freak out, jump STRAIGHT up in the air, and get bounced between your undercarrage and the road. I've had mufflers knocked off more than once!
