we had a housing estate that was modelled on a home / business idea, not sure what happened to it though, if it was canned or put on hold. similiar to that race track one. dont know why that jogged my memory..

I live in a home/buisness tye neighborhood. My tiny studio apt's backyard is a business that fixes and sells lawnmowers among other stuff. Its normal during the day to hear lawnmowers being tested all day long. Sometimes we have the lawn mower "symphony" where they have multiple mowers running. Seriously

Just now had a chance to read this. I must say it is very interesting. I would not like to live with all the noise myself but some might like it. I have to go to Havasu in a couple weeks, I might drive by & check it out. Of course racing is done on the weekends anyway & they would only have people testing occasionally during the week. I wonder if you would have assholes parking in front of your house all the time on the weekends.
