Got that right. The DPS out here has come up with a new way of making you give them "probable cause". When your out on the hiway at night they will leaved their head lights on bright. When you flash your lights at them because you figure whoever is coming at you forgot their lights are on bright, they leave them on bright. When they decide you have flashed them one too many times, it gives them reason to pull you over because you are imparing their vision.
Last time I fell for that I ask him why he didn't dim his lights he said," Don't get smart with me boy". I turn 58 next month and this little piece of shit was around 23 - 24.
The reason the cops hassle me about busting caps out here is that they have to protect the owners of the new 5 acre "Ranchette's" from the crazy biker that lives in the old church.
